Comic Translator sells two prepaid page packs, redraws paid pages at 2K, and checks that lettering with read-back. It does not offer a reader overlay.

You must be the author, or authorized to translate the work. There is no reader mode, no raw hosting, and no overlay for someone else’s site.

Lettering is a two-step process: a text model drafts the English, you can edit the glossary, and the image model only pastes the approved lines. It is instructed not to translate on its own.

Paid pages are read back and redrawn at most twice. If the lettering still disagrees, the page is delivered marked “Please review” and is not refunded. The 3 free watermarked pages are lettered once, with no read-back and no automatic redraw.
